Order split mark creation
1. When you make orders for suppliers, you can split the order into multiple marks, according to criterias set within the company (for example, different employees work with different groups of goods, or one category goods shall be included into one order, another category goods - to another).
2. Orders split mark is created: Lists -> Split marks – click „New“ – enter mark „Name“ -> click „Create“.
Order split mark assigning to item
1. When a new order mark is created, it must be assigned to the goods which belong to that mark: Assortment → Filter: specific item (or group of items), storage place, supplier, etc.
2. In the window that opens you see information about the item/product, in the column "Split mark" select the required split mark from the list and save your changes.
3. If you need to assign a split mark to the group of goods/items, mark the necessary rows and click "Edit selected". In the window that opens select necessary split mark and save the changes. Split mark will be changed for all marked goods.
